Barbell Curl
Instructions
1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and back straight.
2. Grasp the barbell with an underhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
3. Keeping the elbows close to the body, curl the barbell up towards the shoulders.
4. Hold for a moment at the top of the curl.
5. Slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position.
6. Repeat.
