Burpee Over Dumbbell
Instructions
1. Start in a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart and a dumbbell on the ground next to you.
2. Squat down and place your hands on the ground.
3. Jump back into a plank position.
4. Perform a push-up.
5. Jump feet back up toward hands.
6. Hop sideways over the dumbbell.
7. Repeat on the other side.
