Dumbbell Farmer Carry
Instructions
1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, core engaged, and shoulders back.
2. Grasp a dumbbell in each hand with an overhand grip.
3. Keeping the chest up and core engaged, hinge forward at the hips and lift the dumbbells off the ground.
4. Maintaining a neutral spine, walk forward for the desired distance.
5. When finished, lower the dumbbells to the ground and return to the starting position.
