Jumping Lunge
Instructions
1. Begin standing with feet hip-width apart.
2. Step forward with one foot and lower into a lunge position, bending both knees to 90 degrees.
3. Push off the back foot and jump into the air, switching the position of the feet in mid-air.
4. Land with the opposite foot forward in a lunge position, bending both knees to 90 degrees.
5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
