Med Ball Twist

Instructions

1. Sit upright with legs extended, feet together and knees slightly bent, holding a medicine ball in both hands.

2. Twist torso to the right, bringing the medicine ball to the outside of the right knee.

3. Return to center, then twist torso to the left, bringing the medicine ball to the outside of the left knee.

4. Return to center.

5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
