Instructions
1. Start in a high plank position with hands directly under shoulders and feet hip-width apart.
2. Engage core and glutes to keep body in a straight line from head to heels.
3. Lift right foot off the ground and bring knee towards chest.
4. Return right foot to starting position.
5. Lift left foot off the ground and bring knee towards chest.
6. Return left foot to starting position.
7. Repeat.
