Ruck Twist
Instructions
1. Sit upright with legs extended, feet together and knees slightly bent, holding a ruck in both hands.
2. Twist torso to the right, bringing the ruck to the outside of the right knee.
3. Return to center, then twist torso to the left, bringing the ruck to the outside of the left knee.
4. Return to center.
5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
